Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Puzzlik Content at content.puzzlik.com (the "Service"), operated by Welsot Solutions ("we", "our", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, or by connecting an account to it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service publishes Puzzlik's chess short videos to YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts connected to it. It is an internal tool: access is limited to Welsot Solutions and to people it authorizes, and there is no public sign-up.

3. Connected Accounts and Platform Terms

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Using the Service with a platform means you also agree to that platform's terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use and the TikTok Terms of Service. You can disconnect an account at any time, from the admin page or from the platform's own settings.

4. Content

You are responsible for the content published through the Service and must have the rights to it. Content must comply with the law and with each platform's community guidelines. The Service publishes content only when instructed to; it does not create, edit or alter the meaning of content.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Causing harm to us, our infrastructure or the platforms the Service connects to
• Accessing the Service or its API without authorization, or sharing API keys
• Impersonating any person or entity, or connecting accounts you are not authorized to manage
• Publishing spam, malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is". Platforms may change their APIs, limit publishing or revoke access at any time, and we do not guarantee that every video will be published at the scheduled time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service at any time. When an account is disconnected or access ends, its tokens are deleted; content already published stays on the platform until you remove it there.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Welsot Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original features and functionality are the exclusive property of Welsot Solutions. Content you publish through the Service remains yours.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and delete data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
